Red felt coat with multiple pockets.
I asked participants to reach in my pockets and
explore/touch/examine the objects inside. All
of the objects were in some form censored, banned,
burned or hidden from the public at some point in history.
My body becomes a library of not only these items, but also
a physical manifestation of the desire to both hide and reveal
the forbidden.
